  1. WONDERFUL QULAITIES! How do we create leaders like this? Are they born with these qualities? Can they be instilled before the age of six by what’s in the child’s environment? How do we create a culture that fosters such qualities and leaders? Margaret Eubank

    Sadly many of the corporations in the US, and likely other countries (think Japan) often do not reward those qualities. During a long consulting career I worked with many companies of all sizes from small ones to large Fortune 500 companies…more often than not those qualities were punished, not rewarded. I think it is sad indeed that we do not have more businesses that appreciate and reward those qualities.
